2. Service Support

Scope of Personal Information Use:
- (1) Download Center: When you choose to download CKVision product materials from the Download Center, you need to provide your email address for download verification to enable the download of the required materials. Your email address is essential for the Download Center function. If you refuse to provide it, you will be unable to use the material download function normally.
  
  To improve your experience when downloading product materials, you may also optionally provide your name, company name, and contact number based on your needs. This information is non-essential for the Download Center function. Not providing it will not affect your normal use of the material download function.
- (2) After-Sales Service: When you enter the CKVision Service Support -> After-Sales Service page and select “Online Repair Application,” you can choose between delivering the product in person to a designated CKVision repair point or mailing it to a designated repair point to enjoy the maintenance services provided by CKVision.
  
  If you choose to deliver in person, you need to provide the deliverer’s name, mobile number, and mobile verification code.
  
  If you choose to mail the product, you need to provide the sender’s name, mobile number, and mobile verification code.
  
  This information is necessary to apply for the online repair service. If you refuse to provide it, you will be unable to use the online repair application function.
  
  To enhance your experience with CKVision repair services, you can also choose whether to receive SMS notifications regarding the progress of your submitted repair request. Furthermore, if you choose to mail the product, you can optionally provide a return address so that we can mail your product back to you promptly after the service is completed. These functions and information are non-essential for the online repair application service. Refusing notifications or not providing this information will not affect your normal use of the function.

3. Join Us

Scope of Personal Information Use:
- (1) CKVision Recruitment – User Registration and Login: When you register for and use the CKVision recruitment service, you need to provide basic registration or login information, such as your name, mobile number, email address, and the matching result of the mobile verification code, and create a login password to protect your account security and meet the network real-name system requirements stipulated by relevant laws and regulations. This information is essential; if you refuse to provide it, you will not be able to register and/or log in successfully.
- (2) Recruitment Services: After successfully registering and logging into your account, you, as a job seeker, can browse relevant job positions and create/edit an online resume. You need to complete the following information: Basic Information (e.g., real name, mobile number, email address), Education History (e.g., graduating institution, degree/qualification, major, enrollment date, graduation date), Work Experience (e.g., past employer, position, start date, end date, other relevant work experience information), and Other Application Materials (e.g., personal information you actively provide in the job application form or resume).
  
  In addition to the aforementioned information, you may also choose to provide other information at your discretion, including a profile picture (by selecting a photo, image, or taking a picture), personal strengths, etc. When creating an online resume, you can also choose to upload an attached resume and use the resume parsing function to help complete your online resume information. You can also upload an attached resume separately later. After completing your online resume, you can choose to apply for positions published by recruiter users, which allows us to review your application. At this point, recruiters can view your complete resume (including contact information) only after logging in to the page, querying, browsing, or downloading the resume to their local device terminal, in order to send you interview invitations directly.

You understand that the features and services we provide are constantly updated and developed. (2) Exceptions to Prior Authorization and Consent for Collecting and Using Personal Information

You are fully aware that, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, the collection and use of your personal information under the following circumstances does not require your authorized consent:

2. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

(1) Cookies

A Cookie is a mechanism that supports servers (or scripts) in storing and retrieving information on websites or clients. When you use CKVision Services, we will send one or more small data files called Cookies to your computer or mobile device. The Cookie assigned to you is unique and can only be read by the web server in the domain that issued the Cookie to you. Cookies usually contain an identifier, site name, and some numbers and characters. We use Cookie technology to simplify repeated login steps, thereby helping to determine your login status and the security of your account or data.
We commit that research on Cookie information is only used for the purpose of improving service/product quality and optimizing the user experience. 3. How We Protect and Store Your Personal Information

(1) Storage and Protection of Your Personal Information

During your use of CKVision Services, we will continue to store your personal information. If you cancel your account or actively delete personal information, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.
To prevent your personal information from being accessed, copied, modified, transmitted, lost, destroyed, processed, or used illegally in the event of accidental or unauthorized access, we have taken and will continue to take measures including but not limited to the following to protect your personal information:

(1) Our network services have adopted encryption technologies such as transport layer security protocols to provide transmission services via HTTPS, etc., ensuring the security of user data during transmission.

(2) We use encryption technology to encrypt user information when we deem it necessary, and isolate it using isolation technology.

(3) When using personal information, such as for displaying personal information or correlating calculations involving personal information, we employ various data desensitization techniques including content replacement and encryption to enhance the security of personal information during use.

(4) We have established strict data usage and access systems, using strict data access permission controls and multi-factor authentication technology to protect user information and avoid improper use of data. We only allow authorized personnel to access user information and require them to fulfill corresponding confidentiality obligations.

(5) In situations where we share your personal information with third parties, our network services adopt encryption technologies such as transport layer security protocols. Transmission services are provided via HTTPS, etc., to ensure the security of user data during transmission.
You must keep your account and password properly. When you use our services, we identify your identity through your account, password, and other elements. Once you disclose the aforementioned information, you may suffer losses and it may have adverse consequences for you. If you discover that your account, password, and/or other identity elements may have been or have been compromised, please contact us immediately so that we can take timely measures to avoid or reduce related losses.

(2) Risks Faced

Despite having taken the reasonable and effective measures mentioned above and complying with the standards required by relevant laws and regulations, we still cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal information when communicated through insecure channels. In the unfortunate event of a security incident, we will, in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations, promptly inform you of: the basic situation of the security incident and its potential impact, the measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for measures you can take to prevent and mitigate risks, and remedial measures for you. We will also inform you of the relevant circumstances of the incident by email, letter, telephone, push notification, etc. Where it is difficult to inform each personal information subject individually, we will issue an announcement in a reasonable and effective manner. At the same time, we will report the incident to the competent authorities as required by laws and regulations.

4. How We Entrust Processing, Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information

(1) Entrustment and Sharing

This website currently does not involve entrusting partners to process your personal information. Personal information disclosed by the personal information subject themselves to the public;

Furthermore, according to the aforementioned regulations, providing de-identified personal information externally, ensuring that the data recipient cannot restore and re-identify the personal information subject, does not require separate notification or your consent.

5. How You Can Access and Manage Your Personal Information

In accordance with relevant Chinese laws, regulations, and standards, we safeguard your rights to exercise the following regarding the personal information you provide:

Under the following circumstances, you can request us to delete your personal information:

(3) If our processing of personal information violates our agreement with you;

After you or we assist you in deleting the relevant information, due to applicable laws and security technology, we may not be able to immediately delete the corresponding personal information from the backup system but will delete such information when the backup is updated or within a reasonable timeframe.

You can also withdraw all authorizations for us to continue collecting your personal information by canceling your account.
Please understand that each business function requires some of your personal information to be fulfilled. After you withdraw your consent or authorization, we will be unable to continue providing you with the services corresponding to the withdrawn consent or authorization and will no longer process the corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw consent or authorization will not affect the information processing previously conducted based on your authorization.
When using CKVision Services, you may receive system message pushes, etc. You can turn the permission for receiving push notifications on or off at any time.

(4) Deletion of Personal Information / Account Cancellation

You can contact us via the feedback channels listed in the “How to Contact Us” section of this Policy. We will provide the corresponding service promptly after verifying your identity. Please note that once your account is canceled, it cannot be recovered. Please proceed with caution. After you actively cancel the relevant account, we will stop providing you with that product or service and, in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws, delete the personal information you provided or anonymize it, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.

(5) Obtain a Copy of Your Personal Information

CKVision attaches great importance to the protection of minors’ personal information. The nature of our products and/or services under this website requires you to be an adult with full capacity for civil conduct.
