Our machine vision inspection system, equipped with a 20-megapixel high-resolution camera and perforated backlight source, enables the following functions:
- Character Integrity Inspection: Detects defects such as missing print, broken lines, and blurring.
- Position Deviation Measurement: Ensures printed characters are correctly aligned according to design requirements.
- OCR Character Verification: Automatically verifies printed content for accuracy (e.g., model number, certification marks).
- Consistency Inspection: Compares the product’s laser-engraved QR code with visible code for data consistency.
