Mechanical Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1、Design and Development:
Participate in the design and R&D of mechanical products, including concept design, component design, and system integration.

2、Technical Evaluation and Improvement:
Conduct technical assessments and implement design improvements to ensure product quality, reliability, and performance.

3、Process and Standards Development:
Assist in formulating technical standards, design specifications, and workflow processes to improve departmental efficiency and output quality.

4、Production Process Management:
Participate in the management of production processes to ensure smooth operation of production lines and on-time product delivery.

5、Research and Innovation:
Conduct technical studies and market research to stay updated on industry trends and provide technical support and insights for the company’s strategic development.

Job Requirements

1、Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.

2、Experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mechanical design or manufacturing.

3、Technical Skills:
Proficient in CAD, CAM, and other design software; strong design ability and innovative thinking.

4、Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments.

5、Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the mechanical industry with keen insight into new technologies and materials.

6、Work Ethic:
Highly responsible, able to work under pressure, and skilled in problem-solving and technical troubleshooting.
