The competition brought together top teams in the national manufacturing intelligence field with fierce competition.Under the guidance of General Manager Yu and led by Product Manager Zhu Changbin,Tronke Vision successfully navigated multiple rigorous rounds of competition, including preliminary screening,online presentations, offline exhibitions, and on-site defenses.CKVision won unanimous recognition from the judges by virtue of solid technical strength and proven implementation results,which also confirmed our strong capabilities in the machine vision field.

Equipped with CKVisionBuilder 4.0, Machine Vision Software Without Programmingthe system enables quick deployment without professional programmers, shortening project implementation cycles while achieving an inspection accuracy of 0.01 mm. On the hardware side, a 50-megapixel industrial camera paired with micron-level lenses captures even the tiniest defects accurately.With GPU acceleration and high-efficiency communication protocols, the system operates smoothly without lag.

In the production line of a leading lithium battery enterprise,CKVision adopted a 2D+3D+deep learning inspection solution specially designed to detect 8 types of lithium battery welding defects.The 2D module captures planar texture welding defects such as burn marks and welding slag on sealing nails from all angles via hexagonal prism light source imaging,and achieves sub-pixel level accurate recognition with over 400 image processing functions.
The 3D line scan module accurately restores the cover welding trajectory and sealing nail height, realizing quantitative detection of 0.1mm-level pinholes and 0.2mm height difference nail warpage defects.
The deep learning model, trained with 4,000 defect samples, builds a heterogeneous data fusion feature library,controlling the missed detection rate within 0.05% and the overkill rate between 0.2% and 0.3%. Currently, this system has been widely applied in 3C electronics, semiconductors, automotive, pharmaceutical and other industries.
