- Incoming Material Inspection: Uses high-precision vision systems to inspect radar housings, PCB boards, and other key components for integrity, detecting missing parts, wrong components, and appearance defects.
- Assembly Guidance: High-precision 3D vision locates pins in X, Y, Z coordinates, guiding PCB pressing and assembly. PCB alignment precision ≤ 0.02 mm.
- Final Inspection and Verification: Integrates AI deep learning algorithms to simultaneously perform appearance defect detection, character verification, and dimensional measurement.
