Applications and Solutions
In automated mouse production lines, the precision of screw fastening and foot pad assembly directly affects the product’s structural strength and appearance quality.
Our vision inspection system adopts a multi-station coordinated detection scheme, equipped with high-resolution industrial cameras and intelligent alignment algorithms. It enables real-time positioning of screw holes and guides precise screw fastening through motion control compensation.
For foot pads of different sizes, the system automatically adjusts suction nozzle parameters for material pickup and uses a template matching algorithm to verify placement accuracy, effectively preventing defects such as edge lifting or misalignment.
The system can automatically determine whether installation meets quality standards and provides real-time feedback for parameter adjustments, significantly reducing manual inspection errors while improving production efficiency and product consistency.
Inspection Items
- Concentricity inspection between the seven inner bottom holes of the mouse and the base plane holes
- Detection of screw pickup deviation by the suction nozzle
- Upper camera contour matching for foot pad pickup and correction
- Lower camera precise alignment for foot pad placement
- Adaptive pickup parameters for different foot pad sizes
