The lithium battery pole welding vision inspection system is an important application of machine vision technology in the lithium battery manufacturing process.
Its main purpose is to ensure precise pole positioning during the welding process, thereby improving battery safety and production efficiency.

Inspection Items
- Pole Welding Positioning and Guidance:
Positioning accuracy ±0.033 mm; all pole positioning data are recorded and sent to the downstream equipment. - Pole Cleaning:
Detects and captures the MARK point position, then calculates the offset value for correction. - Busbar Welding:
- MARK Positioning: Captures MARK points for converting pole coordinates for subsequent equipment.
- Pole Positioning: Detects all pole coordinates to calculate offset values for precise alignment.
- Welding Guidance and Positioning:
Captures the four edges of the product; uses the diagonal center point of the edges as the positioning X, Y coordinates for welding alignment.
