Warm Spring with Bright Scenery, Forging Ahead Together. From Shanghai New International Expo Centre to Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center, two grand industrial vision events held over nearly two weeks — Vision China 2026 Shanghai and ITES Shenzhen Industrial Exhibition 2026 — have come to a successful conclusion.
As a company deeply engaged in machine vision for nearly three decades, CK Vision made a brilliant appearance with its core products and customized solutions. We engaged face‑to‑face with industry partners from home and abroad, listened closely to market demands, and explored innovative applications and development trends of industrial vision technology. We returned from both exhibitions with fruitful results and wide recognition.

On March 25, Vision China Shanghai kicked off first. As a bellwether event for machine vision in Asia, the exhibition was held alongside Semicon China and productronica China, attracting professional visitors from around the world. Focused on the theme “VISION + AI + Robotics”, it comprehensively showcased the innovative deployment of machine vision technologies across industries.
The CK Vision booth drew continuous crowds, with many visitors coming specially to experience our core products and discuss tailored solutions for their production lines with our technical engineers.

The CK Vision booth drew continuous crowds, with many visitors coming specially to experience our core products and discuss tailored solutions for their production lines with our technical engineers.
At the Shanghai exhibition, we highlighted deep learning‑based defect and scratch inspection, character inspection, flexible feeding vibrators, and on‑site experience services for the CKVision software series. Every product was designed around real industrial production needs — no flashy promotion, only solid technology and reliable performance.
Among them, our deep learning defect and scratch inspection system, powered by advanced AI algorithms, accurately captures tiny scratches and flaws on various material surfaces in high‑precision fields such as semiconductors, lithium batteries, and PCBs. Some solutions support sub‑micrometer imaging and inspection. Many semiconductor industry visitors highly praised its inspection accuracy and response speed after on‑site testing.
Our character inspection products also became a major highlight. Equipped with high‑efficiency AI recognition algorithms, they easily perform OCR character comparison, barcode recognition, and other tasks, meeting core industrial needs such as character traceability and quality verification. They deliver stable performance in both high‑speed real‑time inspection and precise recognition under complex working conditions, with both recognition accuracy and response speed fully optimized.
In addition, our flexible vibrator, integrated with machine vision positioning and robotic grasping, achieves precise arrangement and feeding of small components, perfectly adapting to multi‑variety, small‑batch production. It largely replaces manual tray arrangement, helping enterprises reduce labor costs and improve production efficiency. Many manufacturing visitors expressed immediate cooperation intentions.

The most popular area was the CKVision software experience zone. We offered hands‑on trials of our AI deep learning platform tools and CKVision Builder vision software.
Without any coding required, users can quickly complete complex machine vision inspection projects simply by dragging and dropping functional modules. A basic inspection project can be built in just a few minutes, enabling even non‑programmers to get started quickly.
On‑site engineers provided one‑on‑one guidance, explaining in detail the software’s modular architecture, high‑performance algorithm advantages, and applications in image preprocessing, defect detection, character recognition, and more. Every visitor could directly experience the software’s convenience and power, with many leaving contact information for further discussion on secondary development and customization.

Before the enthusiasm of the Shanghai exhibition faded, ITES Shenzhen Industrial Exhibition 2026 grandly opened on March 31 at Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao’an).
As the only high‑end equipment cluster exhibition in South China recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the event focused on high‑end equipment, precision manufacturing, robotics, and industrial control technologies, covering the entire precision manufacturing process. It became a key platform for procurement, cooperation, and technical exchange in South China’s industrial sector.

Based on market demand in South China, CK Vision optimized its exhibit layout for the Shenzhen show, focusing on deep learning defect and scratch inspection, character inspection, and machine vision lighting solutions. These precisely matched inspection needs in South China’s pillar industries including automotive manufacturing, electronic processing, and 3C electronics.
Different from the Shanghai exhibition, we emphasized visual lighting solutions, showcasing a full range of machine vision lights including ring lights, bar lights, and coaxial lights. We provide customized optimal lighting strategies based on inspection targets and material properties, effectively highlighting defect features, suppressing environmental interference, and greatly improving image quality and inspection accuracy — especially for highly reflective and transparent materials.
Through live case demonstrations, visitors clearly witnessed the synergistic effect of lighting solutions combined with defect and character inspection.
For inaccurate detection caused by reflections on metal surfaces, ring lighting clearly reveals tiny scratches and characters, greatly reducing missed detections. For transparent material defect inspection, coaxial lighting eliminates surface reflections and accurately captures internal bubbles, scratches, and other flaws.
Many enterprise representatives from electronic processing and automotive manufacturing discussed their on‑site inspection challenges with our technical team. Based on their specific needs, we provided customized “Lighting + Inspection” integrated solutions, which received unanimous approval.

Two exhibitions, full of gains and growth.
Whether showcasing high‑precision inspection solutions in Shanghai or delivering industry‑tailored packages in South China, CK Vision has always stayed true to its mission: Empowering Industrial Intelligent Manufacturing through Technology.
Relying on profound underlying algorithm R&D experience, we develop stable and practical machine vision products — from the CKVision SDK 6.0 development kit to CKVision Builder vision software, from defect detection and character recognition to machine vision lights. Our full product lineup comprehensively meets inspection needs across industries and scenarios, supporting enterprises in achieving automated and intelligent production upgrades.

The end of the exhibitions marks a new beginning.
These two events in Shanghai and Shenzhen not only brought us numerous potential cooperation intentions but also deepened our understanding of current market demands and trends in industrial vision: intelligence, customization, and high efficiency have become mainstream. Enterprises no longer seek only single inspection functions, but full‑process, integrated solutions.

Going forward, CK Vision will integrate feedback and demands collected from the exhibitions, continue to deepen technical R&D, optimize product performance, improve solutions, and launch more market‑oriented machine vision products and services. We will help more enterprises break through production inspection bottlenecks, reduce costs, improve efficiency, and achieve high‑quality development.
We thank all partners who supported and paid attention to CK Vision at the exhibitions. We will follow up with each of you to provide one‑on‑one technical consulting and services.
We look forward to joining hands with you to build a new future of industrial intelligent manufacturing!
