2. How We Use Cookies and Similar Tracking Technologies
(1) Cookies
A Cookie is a technical mechanism that enables web servers and embedded scripts to store and retrieve small data files on your browser or mobile device. When you access CKVision Services, we will assign one or more unique Cookie files to your device. Each Cookie is uniquely linked to the issuing website domain and can only be read by servers within that domain. Cookie data typically contains a unique identifier, website label and alphanumeric tracking strings.
We deploy Cookie technology to streamline repeated login workflows, authenticate your session identity and safeguard your account and stored data.
We commit that all Cookie-derived data is exclusively utilised to enhance service performance and optimise user experience, and will never be repurposed for objectives unstated within this Policy. You retain full authority to manage or delete stored Cookies via your browser settings; comprehensive guidance is available at AboutCookies.org.
All modern web browsers accept Cookies by default, but you may adjust your browser configuration to block Cookie storage or clear all saved Cookie records at any time. Please be advised that disabling or deleting Cookies will erase stored preference data, requiring manual reconfiguration of settings on each subsequent visit to CKVision Services, and may impact certain service security functions.
(2) Web Beacons and Pixel Tags
In addition to Cookies, our website may deploy supplementary tracking tools including web beacons and pixel tags. For example, transactional or promotional emails sent to you may contain hyperlinks directing you to our website content; we record link click activity to analyse product and service preferences and refine customer support offerings.
A web beacon is a transparent embedded image file hosted within website pages or email bodies. Pixel tags embedded within emails allow us to confirm whether an email has been opened and viewed. If you wish to opt out of all activity tracking via these methods, you may unsubscribe from our marketing email distribution list at any time.
3. How We Secure and Retain Your Personal Information
(1) Storage and Data Protection Standards
- All network traffic for our online services is encrypted via Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocols, delivered over HTTPS connections to secure data transmission end-to-end;
- We apply strong encryption to sensitive user data where appropriate, alongside logical data isolation systems to separate distinct user datasets;
- Where personal information is displayed or used for analytical calculations, we deploy multi-stage desensitization tools including content masking and encryption to secure in-use data;
- We enforce strict data access governance frameworks, granular permission hierarchies and multi-factor authentication protocols. Only pre-authorised internal personnel may access personal information, and all authorised staff are bound by formal confidentiality obligations;
- Where personal information is shared with approved third-party processors, all outbound data transmission is protected via TLS encryption over HTTPS to preserve transmission security.
(2) Inherent Security Risks
4. How We Engage Processors, Share, Transfer and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information
(1) Data Processing Engagements and Third-Party Sharing
- We have obtained your explicit written consent, and sharing is limited strictly to the scope you have authorised;
- Disclosure is required under applicable laws and regulations, for litigation or dispute resolution, or pursuant to a formal lawful request from administrative or judicial authorities;
- Disclosure is necessary to resolve intellectual property or legal infringement complaints filed against you, requiring limited release of relevant identifying details to the complaining party;
- Controlled sharing with our affiliated corporate entities: only the minimum necessary personal information will be shared, and processing purposes remain bound by the terms of this Policy. If we intend to share your sensitive personal information or if an affiliate seeks to alter the approved processing purposes for your data, we will re-obtain your separate consent prior to sharing. We guarantee only minimal necessary data sharing, secured via inter-corporate legal agreements, segmented internal data systems and role-based employee permission segregation.
(2) Data Transfers
- We have obtained your explicit consent to complete the transfer;
- A corporate merger, acquisition or insolvency liquidation event occurs involving transfer of our user data assets. In this case, we will impose a contractual requirement that the new data controller remains fully bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy. If the successor entity declines to accept these binding obligations, they will be required to secure new independent consent from you before processing your personal information.
(3) Public Disclosure of Personal Information
- You have provided explicit consent or actively elected to make your information publicly available;
- Disclosure is mandated by applicable statutes, legal court proceedings or a formal compulsory demand issued by government regulatory bodies;
- Disclosure is reasonably necessary to execute our service agreements and this Privacy Policy, uphold public interests, resolve customer complaints and disputes, or protect the personal safety, property and legal rights of our customers, CKVision and its affiliates, other platform users and our employees.
(4) Consent Exemptions for Sharing, Transfer or Public Disclosure of Personal Information
- To satisfy statutory legal obligations binding on CKVision;
- Processing linked to national security or national defence obligations;
- Processing connected to public safety, public health or significant public interest initiatives;
- Processing supporting criminal investigations, prosecutions, trials and court judgment enforcement;
- Processing required to protect the vital life or property interests of you or other individuals where consent cannot reasonably be secured in a timely manner;
- Personal information which you have voluntarily released into the public domain;
- Personal information sourced from lawfully accessible public disclosures including authorised news reporting and official government public records.
5. How You May Access and Manage Your Personal Information
(1) Access or Correction of Personal Information
(2) Request Deletion of Personal Information
- Our processing of your personal information breaches applicable laws and regulations;
- We collected or utilised your personal information without securing your valid consent;
- Our data processing activities violate a binding agreement executed with you;
- Your account has been cancelled or permanently deactivated;
- CKVision ceases provision of all relevant services and operational activities.
If we approve your deletion request, we will notify all third-party processors who have previously received your personal data and instruct them to erase all related records promptly, unless applicable laws mandate retention or those third parties hold separate independent consent granted directly by you.
After you or our team completes deletion of your active data records, permanent erasure from backup archives may not be instantaneous due to mandatory backup retention architectures and legal storage requirements. All residual backup copies will be fully purged upon the next scheduled backup refresh cycle or within a reasonable statutory retention window.
(3) Modify Consent Scope or Fully Withdraw Consent
Please note that every core service function relies on specific categories of your personal information to operate. If you withdraw partial or full consent, we will no longer be able to deliver the corresponding services covered by that withdrawn consent, and will discontinue all associated data processing activities. Revoking consent does not invalidate lawful data processing we have already completed prior to your withdrawal, which was carried out under your valid prior consent.
You may toggle opt-in/opt-out permissions for system push notifications at any time while using CKVision Services.
(4) Personal Information Deletion / Full Account Cancellation
(5) Obtain a Copy of Your Personal Information Record
(6) Processing Timeline for All User Data Requests
If you cannot complete self-service access, correction or deletion of your personal information via our website portal, wish to modify supplementary data generated during your service usage, or believe our data collection and processing activities violate applicable laws or our agreed service terms, you may submit your formal request via email to info@ckvision.net or the alternative contact channels detailed in this Policy.
For security validation purposes, we may require a signed written request or additional supporting identity documentation from you. We will respond to all valid data subject requests within 15 business days of receiving your submission and completing identity verification.
- The request relates to national security or national defence obligations;
- Compliance would compromise public safety, public health or critical public interest initiatives;
- The request concerns active criminal investigations, prosecutions, trials or court judgment enforcement procedures;
- Sufficient objective evidence demonstrates you are submitting the request with malicious intent or to abuse your statutory privacy rights;
- Full compliance with your request would inflict severe harm on the legal rights and interests of you or third-party individuals or organisations;
- Fulfilling the request would require disclosure of protected commercial trade secrets.
6. How We Handle Personal Information of Minors
Where we intend to collect personal information from minors, we will only process or publicly disclose such data with the explicit verifiable consent of the minor’s parent or legal guardian, and solely for purposes permitted under applicable laws or necessary to protect the minor’s safety and welfare.
If we discover we have inadvertently collected personal information from a minor without first verifying valid parental or guardian consent, we will take all reasonable steps to delete the relevant records as expeditiously as possible.

Please notify us promptly of any changes to your personal contact information to ensure you receive all policy update communications in a timely manner.
Your continued use of CKVision Services after the updated Policy effective date constitutes full confirmation that you have read, understood and unconditionally accept the revised Policy and agree to be legally bound by its terms.
