The CK-HBL series linear light sources are industrial-grade high-performance light sources specially designed for machine vision applications. Adopting a linear arrangement of high-brightness LED beads, they can provide flexible and high-brightness lighting effects from multiple angles.
- Professional machine vision optical design: Equipped with high color rendering index LED beads with CRI ≥ 90, featuring high color reproduction and sharp contrast, which serves as a key guarantee for achieving high-precision defect detection and dimensional measurement.
- High Uniformity and Stability: Built-in reflective structure, matched with optional diffuser plate, can effectively eliminate light spots and achieve uniform light output.
- Industrial-grade reliability: Luminance drift is strictly controlled to ≤3% per 1000 operating hours.
- Excellent thermal management design: The housing is made of high thermal conductivity aviation aluminum alloy, providing high heat dissipation efficiency and ensuring stable optical performance during continuous operation of the light source.
- Customization Service: Light source wavelength and size can be customized.
